The American Enterprise Institute had a briefing and discussion on the Ukraine situation the other day. I caught part of it on C-SPAN, but AEI has the video on their site. Something I thought was significant was the presence of Ukrainian diplomats at the event who had signed a letter expressing opposition to the election results. One diplomat spoke up and said that this was not just be looked at as a West vs. Russia situation, but rather the people of Ukraine vs. a corrupt and criminal element. AEI will be hosting a more in-depth conference on this issue December 10 entitled, "Ukraine's Choice: Europe or Russia?"
